Today, Nick's Food supports hundreds of local hospitality businesses, various Australian specialty dairy farms, and charities including OzHarvest.

What are your delivery days?

Nick's Food Milk More deliver to most Sydney suburbs 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday's both an early-morning and mid-morning delivery times. Some outer suburbs have a 3 day delivery of Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Can you help with milk selection?

Of course we can, its our specialty! Milk selection for your café is as important as your coffee selection. We will work with you to sample various milks, both dairy and alternate, to find what works best for you and your customers.

How do I go about ordering?

We take orders by a variety of means, by phone, email, or online. Our preferred method is online where your order is saved, tracked, and ensures we don't miss anything. We also use our online ordering platform to keep our customers up to date with news and specials!

What are your payment terms?

We supply clients daily and understand that keeping track of invoicing and payment can be difficult. That's why we invoice on agreed terms based on your ordering frequency.

Do you require a credit check?

Before making your first order we do require a quick credit application to be filled out. This provides us with a little more understanding of your business and kicks off our journey together.

What happens with late orders?

Businesses depend on getting their deliveries, and every now and then, someone forgets to order! Our friendly staff are pretty on top of our clients' ordering schedules and when we haven't received a regular order, we will be in touch to double check!

Can you source other specialty products?

Yes, absolutely! We're always looking at growing our product range and meeting our customers' needs wherever we can. Let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Do you offer high volume discounts?

Of course. We offer tiered discounts dependent on volume and the variety of products ordered. We support our valued customers as much as we can!
